Your dealer knows your system best. Please call the number on the front of your User Manual as your first line of support. If you need to contact Hughes for for level II support, they can be reached at: (866) 347-3293. Note that Hughes cannot, and will not, help with satellite pointing issues. You must be on signal with a passing ACP score before calling Hughes for any issue.
To our Datastorm/Motosat Customers:
Please call us first! We are always your first line of support with any Datastorm issue: (805) 801-1513. If you need to contact Motosat for level II support, they can be reached (800) 247-7486.

We welcome your call. Please understand that because of the complex nature of satellite systems and the demands on our time, we cannot offer free technical support. But we would be happy to assist for a fee:

On-site support: $100/hour, 1 hr. min.
(plus travel time if out of town)

Travel time: $100/hour, 1/2hr. min. (in town-FREE)

Phone support: $50/hour, 1/4 hr. min.*
